Britain's leader plans to press partner nations to deliver Ukraine with more advanced missile systems to strike enemy locations during a meeting in London on the upcoming Friday.

Britain's leader is set to welcome President the Ukrainian head of state alongside what's known as "group of committed partners", including over twenty of Kyiv's partners who have agreed to provide Kyiv security guarantees once a ceasefire is negotiated.

Ukraine's president has been pleading for several weeks for additional advanced missile technology from the West, an action that Moscow has stated would intensify the war.

The Ukrainian president is travelling from the EU capital, where he held talks with European Union officials on Thursday seeking financial support.

"The sole individual engaged in current hostilities who does not want to stop the fighting is Vladimir Putin," the Prime Minister said.

Sir Keir will also reveal that a hundred extra anti-aircraft missiles will be delivered to Kyiv ahead of schedule, as detailed in a £1.6bn deal concluded between Britain and Kyiv in spring.

Several minors were among at least seven lost in a wave of Russian strikes on Ukraine, which hit a preschool facility in the second biggest city Ukraine's second city.

Financial Discussions

Britain's leader will discuss with partner nations on how to take Russia's petroleum resources out of worldwide commerce.

Delegates will additionally discuss using blocked Russian resources to provide Ukraine with financial loans, though the proposal faced insufficient agreement and regulatory obstacles at the EU conference on yesterday.

The EU declined to consenting to a proposal to employ up to €140bn in frozen Russian assets to monetarily assist Ukraine.
